Although the apartment complex was very convenient to my work and the entertainment of the city of Atlanta, it was a constant struggle to get any repairs completed and the office staff were somewhat less than helpful most of the time.
The buildings themselves are old and show it, the air conditioning equipment is very old, inefficient and expensive to run. Although some improvements to security lighting and external appearance have been made, it is still not a good deal, despite the lower price. Major construction at the rear of the site brings noise, dirt and traffic problems, and I'm afraid not all the tenants view the complex as home and do not take care of the communal facilities.
Overall I was not very happy with the experience, particularly the office staff. The mainenance staff at least tried their best.
