I believe that most of these people have had a detrimental experience. However, Yorke Downs has gone through several different management companies. Presently it is managed by a very professional apartment managing company. The office staff and maintenance are professionals who do their best to assure the satisfaction of all residents and prospective residents. I ask that in reading these reviews, you will not let the bad outweigh the good. I'm speaking from several years of living at this apartment community. Several being 22. I've seen it all and overall Yorke Downs is a pleasant place to stay. If it wasn't, the people who have commented wouldn't have chosen it as a place to call home (even for 4 months.) Keep that in mind and be liberal.
