totally unacceptable

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
poorly insulated units = hot/cold, noisy
aircondition is as loud as the train that runs 5 feet from the master bedroom
roaches OH MY GOD - you won't believe how big and how many, ants in every room, bathroom fixtures old, laundrymate dirty
ect. ect. ect. I am from Europe and that living standard is just unacceptable for me.
