THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS, MAINTENANCE SUCKS, AND IT IS A COMPLETE GHETTO!!! THE APARTMENTS ARE FULL OF HUGE ROACHES AND OTHER VARIOUS UNIDENTIFIED INSECTS. THE APARTMENTS ARE NASTY, DIRTY, OLD, AND FALLING APART. MY SUGGESTION FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT IS TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THE YORKE DOWNS AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!
