You should know Yorke Downs management consistently treats it's tenants rudely and offers absolutely them no service for the apartment upkeep or for their rental agreements. They keep erroneous balances against several tenants (found by review of Fulton County business complaints). Their management plainly states they don't care about their tenants living conditions or rental disputes and that those issues are not their concern--Who's concern is it then'

Bottom line, the place is a mud-hole and any listing of their complex reflects poorly on the advertiser. As well, they are an extremely poor representation of the neighboring community and should not be demonstrated as anything else.
