Some of the least professional, slovenly employees coupled with uptight, rigid management interested in squeezing every dollar out of the complex with a minimum of expense to themselves. Shows every sign of absentee landlords / owners.

Neighbors are an average mix of good and bad, but my car was broken into once (in one year). Plently of illicit, recreational drug use in the complex. Carpets are dirty. Bathroom enamel covered with a veneer of temproary finish. Caulking over damp bathroom corners, showing mold after just a few weeks. Furnace leaked gas fumes for a month. Bugs make an appearance far too often. Doorframes aren't plumb.

You might be tempted to move in because it's relatively cheap compared to other housing in central Atlanta. Don't -- it's a real pit.
