Are the 10/4 and 10/14 messages legitimate'

I have a sneaking suspicion that employees from the Yorke Downs leasing office wrote the message posted on 10/4/02 and the two messages posted on 10/14/02. Notice how transparently upbeat and detail-free they are compared to the others' I told the leasing office staff about AptRatings.com at the beginning of September so that it could see how poor Yorke Downs reputation is among its former tenants, but instead of cleaning up its act, it would appear that the office staff has decided to take up the art of spin-doctoring. Maybe Im wrong, but I doubt it. If the 10/4 and 10/14 messages really were posted by actual former tenants of Yorke Downs, I apologize.
When I was living at Yorke Downs, I met some people whod lived there a few years, and they werent blind -- they could see that the place was falling apart and that more and more deadbeats were being allowed to move in each month, no matter how shady they might be. Consider yourself warned.
