I just moved here and upon my move in...the apartment wasn't clean. There were several things that needed work for example---painting, overall cleanliness, carpets were dirty and smelled very bad, all blinds in the apartment were filthy. I've just experienced a problem with bugs "roaches or water bugs"...in any case, it sucks here thus far. The mananagement team gave me false statements upon my move in. What can I say, I got screwed...I wouldn't advise anyone to move here. It looks good on the outside but the real deal is it's about business for this establishment. There sole purpose is to make money for the corporation in which they serve. Lastly, the maintenance team is very inexperieced and do poor work if you can get them to work! Dissatisfied tenant!
