I would easily consider moving back. As with any apartment, problems occur, but the management seemed keen at solving problems. Arriving to 'complain', you were greeted with a friendly face who followed-up on the problem. Follow-up calls were usually made to verify your satification with the solution.

Though I heard several complaints during my time at Bradfort Pointe/Sterling Ridge, it often related to the earlier management. With several friends still living at Bradfort Pointe, I haven't heard about changes that would effect my opinion.
