Bradford Pointe

All I can say is WOW...what a disappointment.
The office staff is generally aware of there surroundings...if you can find them(that's key).
The first weekend we were there(our apartment was upstairs) I gave may son a bath in the hall bathroom, then all of a sudden I got to meet my downstairs neighbor for the first time, because we had flooded his apartment. I called the after hours maintence, a couple of hours later they showed up, said they would repair the problem the next day, i was told by maintence this kind of thing happens all the time.
Our dishwasher stopped working with the bottom of it still filled with water @ 3 weeks later they got a new one for me, but it was the "wrong color" @ a week and a half later it was replaced. Then slowly but surely the screws that were used for mounting started to fall out. I had to get my husband to fix it, cause I just couldn't deal with the shotty workmanship anymore.
Parking......what parking?

Safety, well the apartment below us was broken in about 2 weeks after we moved in at @ 9:30pm.
I could keep going.....my opinion is that if the rent was say 250.00 a month, I would still have to consider other options...

P.S. If you notice I gave the grounds a good score, because that's where all the money goes. When we were there my husband would always say "yeah the grounds are beautiful, but I sleep inside"
