The Only Good Thing About Augusta!

This complex is Shangri-La for the price range. Since I've been here there have been no loud parties, rude neighbors, maintenance issues, etc. Every single issue I have had regarding maintenance was fixed within about a day, and they were minor (stairwell lights out). The office always returns my calls quickly if I can't get ahold of them, and they are always friendly and helpful when I go in to the office.
There was one period of time where a nearby tenant had flashy cars with loud stereos making short-term visits at all hours, but that tenant wasn't around long. The only break-ins that I know of happened right before the holidays, and they were minimal compared to other complexes in the area (Augusta just seems to seethe with this kind of activity). Bradford Pointe is near a hospital so you do hear sirens at all hours, but it is set back off the road so they aren't disruptive.
The most important thing to me about this complex is that they don't discriminate based on the number of animals you have. We have small animals, but most complexes' policies depend on number of animals in the apartment. Here they consider total combined weight, and that only determines the amount of your deposit. When we first moved in there was a resident with one cat and 2 adult Great Danes!
This apartment complex is fantastic and I recommend it to anyone who will listen.
