Bradford Pointe

They charged me 560 a month, when I originally signed for 515 on a year long contract and I was only there one year, and when I complained about the extra charge they told me "to pay it or move". This place FILLS with cockroaches during the summer. Oh and they charged me an extra 20 a month making it over 580 a month when I signed for 515 and they were currently advertising 515 and a free month of rent which I did not recieve. But the cockroaches were large and the flying kind. Two went on my face while I was sleeping. There is a lot of dog poop all over. They were VERY rude to me although I was always on time on my rent and never had any people over/parties. Many things were broken that they never fixed including my bedroom blinds which they never replaced even though they got stuck all the way up on my first month there and they promised me over 5 times and I asked them over 12 to replace them. I was without a dish washer for 2 whole months (out of 12) and asked them over 10 times to fix it, and they didn't give me a discount. Plus only 555 ft of space. Just overall I was treated very unfairly when I was a very good tenant. And I didn't get back but 20 dollars from my 125 when I cleaned that place spotless and I feel like I got cheated out of an extra $20 dollars.
