The workers come into apartment unannounced and without notice. After me repeatedly telling them to stay out of my apartment, it doesn't seem to matter. They'll let whoever in your place without your permission.

The paint on the ceiling peels off at random. The roof is leaking, and I've told them several times, and they don't seem to care. They've repainted one of the spots and got paint everywhere and on all of my items.

The sprinklers don't work, and get water all over the cars instead of the grass. The hard water has since damaged my car, and the cars now have spots on them you can't get out.

The appliances are old, and constantly need fixed. The doors are off tracks. The a/c heat is always broke.

The floors have holes, and when you walk it feels like any day you're going to fall through to your neighbors. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, tv or radio at all hours of the day.

The light bulbs constantly burn out. I could go on and on, but luckily I'll be out of here anyday!!! The rent went up at least $70 on the renewal. The charge you a $300 pent deposit which you don't get back. AND $10 a month pet rent. Rip-off!!
