Bradford Pointe

Where do I begin? Terrible apartments, we needed lots of things fixed. Walls are damaged, insects everywhere, doors won't close right, loud neighbors, dog feces everywhere. We open our windows and the smell of dog feces fills our kitchen. A neighbor had a 6 ft water mocassin in her apartment and the management just ignored her request to move to a different apartment. They don't have a pet policy restriction, any pets are welcome (dog & cats only), 2 per household, but we saw tenants w/ 4 dogs in their apartments.

The place is old and not well kept. Walls are thin therefore you can hear your neighbor talk. Landscaping may be beautiful and pool may look great, but don't be fooled. Lighting is not as great, very dim outside. Terrible construction, very dirty. The cleaning people that they hire does not do a good job. Vents are dripping with dirt. Our kitchen is crooked, stove is lopsided and worse of all, the refrigerator that they provide is old and smells! They will not get you new appliances. Cabinets are old and the door fell off the hinge on my head. They have come into our apartment while we were on vacation without notice.

Note: NOT ON BBB. Many tenants have filed complaints w/ BBB regarding this community staff & service. Please call BBB for ratings on this apartment or I can save you the call and tell you that they are close to being shut down for negligence, terrible service, discrimination, etc. There are many other better apartments for the same price with better staff and service. Staff is friendly but useless when it comes to request repairs. Overall, do not rent here.
