When I first moved in to these apartments they were nice and respectable. Now ( Nov 2003 ) they are unsafe. On numerous occasions there have been automoble break-ins, apartment break-ins, and drugs are an extreme problem. On a daily basis you can smell pot being smoked and you can see the selling of narcotics. When I approached the management, the reply was ( Well, these things are going to happen and there isn't anything we can do ).

I don't agree with this review. There was a time when some activity of drugs could have been going on and it was directed to management who handled it professionally and got in touch with narcotics and they checked out the complaint and nothing like this goes on now and I have lived her for over three years. I feel management does a wonderful job at handling any type of problem. Its a great, quite community and I love living here.

this apartment complex along with many of the other highly rated apartment complexes are no different....fact is ,this type of thing goes on in some of the most prominent areas...and i can tell you right now, although i don't live in this complex, i do have kids that live here and i think it is one of the better areas to live...i live in an upscale neighborhood and area where homes start at 300,000 thousand dollars and one of my neighbors were arrested for operating a meth lab....so would you say that the better the area the more sophisticated the drugs are....lets be real about this situation...no i don't support any of the drug involvement or anything like that...but you have to know that these type of things are going on everywhere...lets just thank the management for their involvement handling what they could catch...
