We moved in last year into this new complex. The place is very clean because it is new and very well maintained. Only fully fenced apartment in Augusta. Great central location.

However, it is the most overpriced place in the neighborhood, probably in all of town.

Conclusion - great for short term, till you get familiar with town and move elsewhere to save some money.
