I LIVED THER FOR A FULL YEAR. THEY WERE NICE THEN BUT IT KEPT GETTING WORSE. DONT GET FULLED BY NOT PAYING A DEPOSIT. WHEN YOU MOVE OUT THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF B/C THEY WANT EVERYTHING LOOKING NEW !! I GOT CHARGED OVER $2000 FOR CARPET CLEANING ONLY !! IT WAS OBSURED SINCE I HAD LEFT THE APARTMENT 90% AS HOW IT DID WHEN I MOVED IN.

In response, this particular resident was charged to replace the carpet in the apartment due to the fact that the family pet had urinated throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, this requires more than just a normal carpet cleaning. In order to properly clean pet urine/stains the sub flooring MUST be treated, the padding must be replaced, etc... Future residents do not want to live in an apartment that smells of pet urine. The office staff makes all of their residents fully aware, at move-in and move-out, of the prices for such damage or additional cleaning repairs. In addition, the staff offers to do a pre move-out inspection to give the resident a chance to correct any charges that may occur.
