We lived here 2 and half years. Office staff great, friendly, things are always taken care of promptly, usually within one day. I don't know what these other people are taling about with rude staff, they are always exceptionally friendly to me. The apartments are a little overpriced and they raise the rent frequently, but the maintanence service and constant lawn care are good compensation. They keep all the amenities well maintained. Plus the 24 hour "courtesy officer" is good too.
We chose to live here because of the higher price and the gated community and were hoping that would equal higher quality of neighbors (due to the last place we lived). For the most part that's been true.
The pool is pretty small and always packed in the summer. The pool rules aren't enforced, which isn't a big deal I guess unless you plan on bringing children to it, which we do.
We live on the bottom floor and hear people walking around but it's not too bad. People move in and out pretty frequently and we haven't had any problems with our multiple neighbors.
I would definately recommend this place if your willing to pony up the dough. I think it's worth it.
