I can't wait to escape!!

I live at MG only out of necessity at this point. This is my second year and I can not wait the 4 more months until I can escape the unproffessional staff and horrible design of the complex.
The staff is three younger females whom must have a chip on thier shoulders. At least once a month all community members recieve a 'nasty gram' or two about something that WE MUST correct. For example a while back the front gate had been damaged from its poor design. The response of the staff was to send a letter out stating the next person to break the gate would receive a $50.00 fine.
The parking is HORRIBLE. In a building of 24 units there is only 10 parking spots directly in front. The remainder are at an unconvientent distance and are usually filled by 8:00pm
