I recently moved to Century Glen and I totally love it. The ladies (and one guy) in the office are upbeat and talkative and ask me about my job and life when I come in. They know every resident by first name. The grounds crew is excellent as well. Everytime I have a maintenance request they come to my apt within 30 minutes. Compared to other apartments, its the best deal for your money. They include a washer and dryer in all of the apartments, which is almost unheard of. And they offer a huge pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground, putting green, car wash, tanning beds, computer lab and fitness center. I dont know what the other people are complaining about. I mean, people want the courtesy officer to take care of noisy neighbors, but then when you get a ticket for parking in a handicapped spot, you get angry' Why wouldnt a police officer be able to write a ticket in a apartment community' What if someone hit your car' Whoops, cant call the courtesy officer... this is a gated community, keep the police out. Ridiculous. As far as the gate goes, how are the leasing personnel supposed to keep people from scooting in behind someone else' Thats nearly impossible. PLus, have you ever thought that maybe it was a resident that forgot their gate card'
I have never heard the lady above me. My neighbors are great, and the lawns are always well maintained. if you want to be allowed to break the rules, go live somewhere else.
