Overpriced and not worth it

They just raised the rent (again). My apt has flooded (from upstairs neighbors) and my downstairs neighbors can hear every step I take. (I'm not overweight and I don't wear shoes inside). They fix things fast when they break, but things break a lot. The office staff has a crazy late fee policy ($100 if you're late) and will not waive it for any reason (they claim it's "the law"...it's not, trust me).
Good location, though. Pool is nice.

I've leased apartments on and off for a few years in between semesters, the "crazy late fee policy" is standard. I've never worked at a place (and I've worked at about five properties) that didn't charge the $100 late fee. It is actually the law, because according to fair housing, they can't waive the fee for you especially but charge it of other people, and if they didn't ever charge it, no one would pay their rent on time because there was no penalty, they wouldn't be able to get the money in the bank, then they couldn't pay their mortgage, then you'd be out of a place to live. I'm considering living here while I go to ASU, haven't made a decision yet so I came on here to look. It's a beautiful property and if the worst they do is charge standard late fees and fix things quickly, I might just have to move here.

i live here i can attest to the above review,i'm in a 1 bedroom and pay $978, and my friend stays in a 3 bedroom townhouse in evans and pays $845. their is never any parking after 7pm in the part i stay. the staff has been very rude to me, because i follow up on my problems when un-answered by the staff, and the gate arm malfunctioned and fell on my car! all this in just a year, and they want to raise my rent by another $90, so of course i'm not renewing! i honestly don't know while i'm still here.
