The apartments are ok to live in if you never have any problems with your apartment. Maintenance people are very nice but unfortunately I saw them almost every week for 2 months. Most of the time they have a fairly quick turnover with maintenance requests if the people in the office write them down or don't loose them. If you call with a request there is no gurantee that it will ever be reported to the maintenance people. It took 2 weeks for one of my bathrooms to be fixed because I made the mistake of calling in the work order. When I talked with the manager she was unbelievably rude and had a big attitude because I was having a problem with my apartment. When I moved in, I found lots of things that should have already been fixed. If you have pets they will not come in to spray unless you are home (even if your dog is kenneled in your absence). Some residents said that their cars had been broken into (mine was not so I cannot comment). The apartments are affordable but be aware that if you have problems the manager is not friendly or helpful. Any work requests you have or anything else get in writing and have a copy made for you.
