Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
we were military and live in champions pines for 2 years and enjoyed, we never had a problem with maintence, never even had to call them. the car washing area, tennis courts, volleyball...awesome! the only thing I did not like was The kitchen is dinky, and there isn't really any designated area for a table. the staff always helpful and friendly
