Although I have only been here a short time, everyone has been wonderfully helpful. Looking at the negative remarks, I don't understand what these people are talking about. I have had nothing but good experiences since I moved here. The property is well maintained and it is very quiet. Never have I lived on a property where ther are plenty of amenities. There is a well equipped fitness room,suana,raquetball court,tennis court, and volleyball court. They are re-painting the pool and hot tub. Champions Pines are doing a wonderful job on making this property a great place to live. The maintenance team and management are always right on time, when I call for a request.

OK AMENTIES YES I GIVE THEM THAT ... HOWEVER THE SAUNA HAS A FISHY SMELL... THE GYM EQUIPTMENT MOST ARE BROKEN... RAQUETBALL COURT NEVER USED NO REMARL...VOLLEYBALL COURT ALWAYS HAS TRASH AROUND IT... TENNIS COURT... NEVER USED NO REMARK...POOL IS DIRTY BUGS, LEAFS, SAUNA IS BROKEN, NEVER DO THEY GET THE GAS FOR IT TO WORK...FYI..SAUNA IS ALWAYS COLD ... JACUZZI ARE NORMALLY HOT? WELL THIS ONE IS ALWAYS COLD THEY REFUSE TO GET GAS SO THAT IT WILL BE HOT? GO FIGURE THERE CHEAP!MAINTENCE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND NEVER FIX ANYTHING... YOUR CRAZY THEY ARE RACIST... ITS ALL BASED ON WHAT RACE YOU ARE HERE IF YOU WHITE GREAT...BUT IF NOT WELL GOOD LUCK.
