It seems that some of the most positive reviews here might have been written by someone who works for the champions pines office... really this place is such a dump and is so unsafe. It is my duty as a past resident to warn prospective renters. The management is getting desperate to rent their apartments, they'll do anything...

First of all - this site is really just hilarious. ITS A BIG JOKE! This picture that is posted is surely not one of our buildings. Talk is cheap so the say! we have approximately - 500 residents so this represents only a small percent. People can write anything EVEN IF ITS NOT TRUE! Apt ratings accepts anyone's mail. Come see our property yourself, and look around and meet the staff. I am sure you will be happy! ( rebecca ) manager

if you are such a good manager why don't u recognize your own property (lol)well that's because you are hardly ever there. You are the joke.the other woman is always there taking care of Your property.
