I would not recommend Champions Pines as your home. My car was broken into twice and so was my apartment. Deidra (Prop Man.) is a pain to talk to!!!! She didnt care about the fact that I came home to my door open. When my car was broken into and I asked about the courtisey officer, I was informed that it was not his duty to watch the property, he just lived out here. Well these days, just beacuse the police car is visable, doesn't mean it scares anyone. When I moved, I also didn't receive my deposit back and I know my apt was cleaner than when I moved in. I had my carpet cleaned every three months because of the small insect that would be in the carpet and in the bathrooms. My advice to you would be to keep looking, I could go on and on about the poor service. Note: my AC was out for two weeks before it was fixed..imagine that. I had a house full of fans, it was horrible. Keep passing by!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
