I not only live here but i also worked at Champions Pines.I am single and have always felt extremely safe and happy in my home. Yes we do have car break in's- RANDOMLY, this is unfortunately something that can happen at any community. If you were to check with the richmond county sherrifs dept you would find that there are no apartment community's in Augusta that have not been affected by car break ins. Also we have had 2 apt's that claimed that they were broken into in 8 years- so go figure!! ( Perhaps it was someone that the resident knew ).

Anyway everyone that works here is a firm believer that good customer service is our number one priority. We stay at a very high occupancy rate and it is extremely rare for us to offer any type of specials or move in incentives. ( We dont have to do this to get rentals!) Many of our current residents were referred to live here by someone that is currently residing with us. The comments on this page represent only a handful of people, and as hard as we try we realize that we cant please everyone!

Maybe because it was convenient and actually it was three years 2004-2007. I was in the area for my job, not because I picked Augusta!!! I guess you are on their side b/c you work there, be 4real!!!!! It may be a handful, but at least the handful is willing to let others know about the property!!!!
