I have had maintenance problems with my apartment but they have been taken care of in a very timely manner. The people here are very nice and helpful they have even assited me in trying to find a job. I am happy here and I have seen no signs of problems with other neighbors or any situations in which cars have been broken into. I am a pet owner as well and have to walk my dog at night time hours and I feel very safe in the complex. I moved here from 800 miles away and have no freinds or extended family here and the people in the office have befreinded me. If I could change one thing about Champions Pines it would be that they offered 3 bedrooms. That is the one and only thing I would change about Champions Pines. I think the rent is fair for what it includes. You try living somewhere elese with all the perks you get here for the money. I also have two small children and they like it here as well.
