Anyone would know that there have been two managers here over the past six years, not "many". Quite vague, no wonder ------- wrote that review if she wasn't sure about how many had been here. All I know is ever since ------- has worked here this apartment complex has gone down hill. Maintenance is a joke, and they will say and do anything to get your name on the lease, after that that's when everything goes "down-hill." I find it comical that the last person that wrote the review about going the MCG, couldn't even spell grammatically correct. On top of that I noticed it was written one day after one negative review was written. -------, everyone is on to you and you know what you don't do a very good job posting fake reviews. All they did was re-paint the outside of the apartment complex, and keep in mind the location of this apartment complex is going down hill. It's in an undesirable part of down near Wrightsboro road.

In my time living here I have witnessed one car break-in, and also my neighbor's apartment was broken into. Needless to say my lease was recently up and I got out of Champion Pines as soon as possible. I now live in Rocky Creek Apartments they have honest leasing staff, with good maintenance. I suggest if you are looking for an apartment here you should reconsider. Let my bad experience here save you the trouble of even considering looking at this place. ------- doesn't have morals, she lied to my face and I trusted her.

I am ------- the property manager that ---- ( the writer ) obviosly has a personal conflict with. For the record, I have been here at Champions Pines for over 8 years.I have better things to do than go on this site and write false reviews as he has accused. He however, seems obsessed with this site and myself. ---- left his apartments absolutely filthy, and was charged the appropraite damages for this. He refused to pay us and then wa turned over to collections- thus the reason he is so upset with me! Since I have been at this property i have received numerous alcolades including manager of the year! So ---- if it makes you feel better to continue to bash mke- by all means go for it. I am sure most can see that you are a disgruntled past resident, that did not handle your responsibilty here!
