I have lived in Champions Pines for 1 year now and my lease is almost up thank God. I am single and live alone and when I moved into this apartment complex there was one free months' rent. I thought that's a great deal, but then I did some research and found out CP only has a 60 percent occupancy rate, which is crap. ------- seemed nice when she showed me an upstairs one bedroom apartment. Everything looked so good. I went ahead and signed the lease that day. A week later I moved in and I got stuck in a crappy one bedroom apartment in another unit. I thought I was going to live in the apartment ------- showed me, but she went on to say this was the DISPLAY model after I signed the lease. When I moved in I noticed many things broken and dingy for example: the leaky faucet, I had mold growing in my shower, which has made me sick even hospitalized one time. The floor in between the kitchen and the midget sized family room is ripped apart. I also can hear my neighbors loud bass at 5 in the morning when I'm trying to sleep and get ready for work the next day. I heard recently last summer a girl got raped in the pool. This place is definently not a place for champions. I'd say I'm glad my lease is up, this is no safe place for a single college student. I'd only recommend this place if your over 7 foot tall, and 300 pounds, so in case someone breaks into your apartment (I'm speaking in terms of my front door lock being broken) you can beat them up.

I know this place has got scum up and down with the occupants. I've seen some of the people ------- lets live here, you've got your selection of section 8 ghetto thugs, sex offenders ect. If you don't believe me do a google search on GA sex offender registry and take a look for yourself. Just look up Champion's Pines address and you will be in SHOCK.

Just watch out, this place SHOULD NOT have a rating of 55 percent. -------, if you rented to me I wouldn't live there for free. You have no morals whatsoever. This is almost too funny to warrant a response. I am ------- the one with no morals. (lol)First of all- WE have never had anyone raped on the property or pool- that is BS. Also i just went onto the sex offender site and i DID NOT FIND any offenders on there that live at Champions Pines. Just curious how Ms. Anonymous saw this? Also We HAVE NEVER EVER given away free rent- especially one month! IN eight years our occupancy has never dropped below 87%. I am not trying to be rude- but you really should have your FACTS straight before you go onto a sight like this and write nothing but LIES! Also if you have been so unhappy here- i wish you would have done the right thing and come and talk to me about it! I believe that i would have gladly let you out of your lease!!! Also one final note--as to your comment that we have scum living here- these people(our residents)were qualified for their apartment under the same stipulations and guidelines that you were. We do business in accordance with the fair housing rules and regulations, and that means that we do not discriminate against anyone and all applicants are screened accordingly. We DO NOT accept section 8. AS for your not being able to not sleep because of music- all you have to do is call one of our courtesy officers and they would gladly respond and address the source of the loud music. In the future if you choose to spew baseless allegations at least have the courage to use your name.

She, whomever she is, has the right to express herself however she may deem necessary.She is doing the right thing by moving and not breaking her lease, hence the words,'my lease is almost up thank God'. This complex does SUCK. More or less, not Deidra, but the thing is the other leasing consultant,she is horrible to deal with. She is irrataing, rude, and just unprofessional. It is the right of EVERYONE to express themselves, and if you do not like it, leasing consultant, then DO BETTER. It is sad that people on the local base, refuse to move in this area because of it's reputation alone. Most look at it as a last resort. It would be wise of you to get yourself together before you respond or have meetings and encourage people to come on this website and "say nice thngs". Good luck!!
