My name is Josh Heinreich, and I don't mind putting a name to an unbiased review of this apartment. I just moved out of the apartments after being in Augusta for training (of the Army variety), and the staff was really friendly about working with me. My wife and I had a one bedroom apartment at a steal for around $530 a month with cable included. The location is quite possibly the best in Augusta: 7 minutes to post, 5 to Wal-Mart and our church, 2 to the Mall, 3 to the food lion, and maybe 7 to the shopping center off of Wheeler road. We did not have any crime related incidents. I also heard there was a sex offender from a previous post: TOTALLY UNTRUE according to the sheriffs office website (http://www.augustaga.gov/departments/sheriffs_office/registry_offenders.asp)

Residents seemed very friendly, as did the staff. Floors above were a little thin, but all we could here were footsteps and water running, nothing that kept us up at night and nothing that you shouldn't expect from an apartment. Parking was adequately available, although sometimes difficult to get in and out with a truck, pool was nice.

Maintenance: We had a problem with our garbage disposal unit, and we called it in on a Saturday morning, left a message on the machine. We did not hound them on the issue, and by the following Friday, the unit was replaced with a brand new one. The grounds are also well kept and absolutely beautiful.
