Not a bad apartment, but bad with maintainence requests. It took some time to get some things fixed. The kitchens are insanely tiny. The outside was well maintained, I always saw someone doing something out there.

Office staff was helpful as best they could be when they were around. A lot of times they were no where to be found for hours at a time (at least when I wanted to see them.)So it made it hard to ask questions, and ask for help, and became a bit of a waste of time.

One thing that happened when I moved there, was that I actually ended up getting extremely sick every other week or so. I'm not sure if this was from pesticides used in the building to kill the roaches/insects or what, but it was something I never had before and it was quite severe. I did not link this until I moved out, and it stopped happening. Period. Never had anything like it before either.

Roaches were also a bit problem in my apartment. Thankfully they were always found dead. Sometimes they had to be killed. Having never had a roach problem in any of my previous apartments, this was quite alarming.

Neighbors in my building blared loud music often, but thankfully it was mostly on weekends so I did not mind as much. People who live there may be questionable, as I had a side light cover stolen off my car while I was there. The car was slightly dirty so I could see hand marks and finger prints all over it. I didnt report it because it was easily replaceable.

Overall, it was a so-so apartment for a cheaper price in a so-so part of town.
