SUPER thin walls and ceilings. I could hear EVERYTHING that went on in the unit above me. They did NOT change the air filter when the last person moved out I got very sick and stayed that way until I discovered what a nasty inch thick caked on mess of crap the filter was and changed it. There are a lot of feral cats in the area and its off a MAJOR road (Wrightsboro) which = a lot of dead cats, very sad. Pay the extra money and DO NOT live here or anywhere else on Wrightsboro.
