I lived in Georgian Place Apartments for about a year and a half and, as time wore on, I found myself dreading going home after work. Neighbors are rude and play loud music at all hours of the day and night. Bands of young teens prowl the parking lots and streets outside. I have witnessed drug deals going on in the parking lot. People I knew had their cars broken into. Also, it is right off the busiest street in Augusta, and on weekend nights you can't sleep b/c of the loud car stereos and shouting of drunken idiots leaving the clubs. All in all, I would recommend to anyone thinking of moving here b/c it is cheap, to go somewhere else, anywhere else, stay far far away.
