My neighbor was shot, there were kids sitting on my patio, on my chairs, smoking weed (there is a fence around the patio.) In the 7 months I have lived here I have had to call the police 6 times. After my neighbor was shot and I wanted to get out of the lease, I had to get a lawyer to help me break it because the management didn't want me to leave. I never get any sleep from all the kids in the street making noise. The dumpster in front of my house (next to my car)was started on fire. The day I was supposed to move in, I found my front door unlocked, and the cleanup/ construction wasn't finished. There were broken windows and leaves all through the house, the carpet was stained the thermostat didn't work(I should have taken it sa a sign.) The windows are all single pane, so my heat bill was really high all winter, and I never could get the place comfortable. There are tons of bugs, now that it is summer. I could go on and on.....DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
