We lived here for 3 months now and thank God we are leaving in a month!!! This place is the worst we have ever lived in. When we first moved in, the whole kitchen was full of coackroaches!!!!!We called the Management and instead of moving us into a new place, they said pest controll will come by! Well it took them 3 weeks before they showed up and the company sucked! Another 3 weeks later they finally sent someone over, who knew what he was doing. All together it took 2 months to get rid of the roaches. When I call in for a work order, it takes at least 2-3 days before somebody shows up and somehow they dont fix it. I called in 4 weeks ago and they showed up 3 times, always said they come back in 10 minutes and never came back....and of course the job isnt done! The neighbors are really ghetto, they live with 6 people in a 2 bedroom place and always want to use your phone or need money. They always hang out on the street or in front of the door and play music till 3 am during the week!!! The Teenagers deal with drugs and smoke Pot on every corner! If I wouldnt have my dog, i am pretty sure, someome would have broken in my house already.....The rent is to much for what u get!!!
The worst is the Management!!!!And the staff!

I agree 100%. You did better than me. I suffered through my whole lease so that I can move and thank God I'm moving in a few weeks. I would never refer ANYONE there.

I totally agree with you 100%, This place is worst than the Ghetto, We have lived here since June 2006, and have really come to hate living here,The manage and staff are real idiots and liars,but they don't know who they are dealing with because as a Tenat I have right and I have enough information on Georgian Place apartments to shut them down,this worst than the Ghetto,Management lets 10 to 12 -------- live in a three bedroom apartment,they make noise all night long,I have called the police on several instances and nothing has been done,not only that these -------- are allowed to live like pack rats,they hang out all over the place,not only that the people upstairs has a child who runs up and down all night long and nothing is done about that.This is drug city,you see teenagers hanging out all times of the night,when the company has no loitering signs,What good is the sign gonna do if it is not enforced.our bathrooms flooded on a Sunday ,I called maintenance all day long and no one called me back.This company violates the Landlord tenant act and it is time somone stood up to them and I am just the person to do that.Do not Move here.They entice you with low rent rates but in the long run it is not worth what you have to go through with.Do not recommend this Apartment community to anyone. My name is Charles Lokas,I live at Georgian Place but believe me as soon as we can we are moving I am not gonna contimue to give these people my money for the way we as Tenats are treated.
