Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
(1) Located near golf course....GOOD.
(2) Located appx. 15-20 minutes away from Ft. Gordon....BAD (for us)
(3) Washer/Dryer connection located on patio..does not accomadate regular size washer/dryer. Had to buy a stackable.
(4) Very quite....GOOD
(5) Rent is moderately high....BAD
(6) Townhouse...upstairs stays hot..checked the A/C return unit, and evaporator coils were dusty, had wrong filter and was missing brackets.....VERY BAD
(7) Toliet exploded and flood entire 1st floor.....VERY BAD..b/c its not the 1st time
(8) recent vehicle break ins.....BAD
