i have lived here for over 3 yrs now,and when we first moved in it was fine,it is alot of space for the money,something in augusta that is hard to find.here is a list of the pros and cons.
PROS
1.its nice living next to the golf course if your into golf
2.mangement never bother me unless i have not paid on time.shes always nice and tries to get to your needs,if the maitnence men are not being lazy and giving her crap.
3.aprtments are very spacy
4.its a community w/ its own store,and goshen plantation subdivision its self is nice,queit,well kept and safe.

CONS
1.THE GROUNDS R NOT KEPT CLEAN AT ALL,SHES SENDS OUT TONS OF LETTERs
to let ppl know,but i end up finding trash all over my yard all the time.and the back yard is where the kids play
2.the playground is pathetic.its the most ghetto playground you will ever see,the kids end up playing in the dumpters b/f they will play on thet rediculous pile of rust they call a playground.oh yeah,they did paint the rust red,i guess thats positive.
3.maitnence sucks most of the time
4.the pool is always closed in the summer but it stays fairly clean.
5.electric bill is high b/c the upstairs apt. r outrageous to keep cool.especially in the summer.
6.the community could use more updating for as much money they r taking in.i just want to know where all that money is going b/c its not going into the apartments.
7.and last but not least.they should monitor who they r letting in here a little better,and ppl should pay more attention to there kids.there has been way more crime in the past couple of years,and its due to the tenants who r not watching there teenagers,etc.
