Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1994
 
i lived there like 12 years ago. Back then there were a lot of racist people in the community..hopefully thats changed. there were also roaches (could have also been fixed). the worse part is myself and my friend saw a ghost in the apartment..spooky! its on a plantation so maybe thats why. My other friend claimed she also saw spirits in her house..not sure how true that is
