I've lived here for over seven years now. If you're looking for a place to sleep or keep the family for a while, it's fine. It's a quiet place in a big, quiet neighborhood. Not very far from a grocery store. The landlady, Tammy, is a little off her rocker. The park, pool and tennis courts are a joke and maintenance is laughable. You'll have to fix EVERYTHING by yourself. There's no crime and it's mostly families who come and go. Like I said, if you're only coming and going, it's fine. Make plans to get out fast though. Keep a short lease.
