There are lots of reports of Goshen being haunted. The ghosts are like the residents. Leave them alone and they'll leave you alone. The only complaint i have is that the place is out dated. Plugs are shot so everything hangs of the sockets. (There was a fire in a little girl's room caused by a box the last month because of it). The stoves, and cabinets need to be updated (not a security issue, but unnattractive), and maintenance is kind of slow about getting to things unless you hound them. Other than that management will work on you with whatever issue you may have (Just keep your secrets to yourself if you don't want her to tell the whole neighborhood). The rent is reasonable. And the area is semi quiet. It has it's days (as everywhere does).
