Well, I am not the problem resident that the other person wrote about being the 'problem'. I have never paid my rent late, I have never caused a problem and my neighbors have never had a problem with me. All in all, I am a pretty model resident, yet I have to agree that the person they refer to as a manager is ignorant. Abbitt management should be a fly on the wall for a day. As a professional myself, I am confident that they would be extremely embarassed as to how their property is being run. As previously stated in other reviews, maintenance is bad also, but look what they have to report to daily. As for the manager as an individual - judging by her little 'memos' that are posted everywhere - she cannot write and has the most horrible grammar I've ever seen. My child even laughs at the errors. She ABSOLUTELY does tell all of your business to everyone else on the property. She makes an excuse for every maintenance request as for why it cannot be fixed when it obviously can because I just do it myself when denied service. Last of all - since she tells everyone our problems, I guess she feels the need to tell her own to everyone thinking that it may be a reason that the property sucks! I DON'T CARE about her 50 illnesses when I am just trying to have my home attended to which is what I am paying for. Her personal issues are not an excuse and if they are interfering with her job (which they obviously are) GET A NEW ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This property has potential, but until Abbitt realty finds a manager who will take the initiative and treat residents with respect, it will continue to go down in quality and that is a shame for this nice area.
