I am in the process of relocating to Augusta,GA this summer and Goshen Apts. was one of the apartments on my list to look at. When we arrived not only was the manager very unprofessional but rude as well. She took us to look at one of the units while walking down she went on to tell us about her having Lupus and how she could not be in the sun for very long and if she passed out she hope my boyfriend would help her up. Once we arrived at the unit she opened the door for us and that was it. We looked at the first level w/ out her assistance. When we went to look at the upstairs she was half way out the front door not giving us a chance to go upstairs. We had to ask her to wait so we could take a look at it. Being that I was the one who was going to be renting the apartment I could not understand why all of her focus was on my boyfriend. Once we got back to the rental office her focus was more on getting him to relocate to Goshen Apartment. She scribbled a fax number on my application and rushed us out the door. Speaking from someone what has worked in property management for 5 years that was the worst display of professionalism I've every experienced. I was very disappointed because Goshen Apartments would have been ideal for me and my children. Just a little food for thought "First impressions are lasting impressions". mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
