i lived here for my first year in augusta, picked it because it is close to augusta state. being a small framed attractive white chic people kept telling me to watch out dont talk to anyone... i never had a problem! the people were friendly, i didnt think it was ghetto at all, noise was not a problem for me and i was in the basement. loved the layout, love the space for the cheapness, great deal i'm actually considering going back there but this time in a townhouse with w/d connections. also got my deposit back relatively timely and got back more than what i thought i would! all in all, i recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal close to school, especially if your unfamiliar with the area!
