I've lived at Heritage Apts for over a year, so I felt it was necessary to put my opinion out there. Heritage Apts does have roaches... doesnt matter what you do, you will have them. This is why I will be moving this summer, because I don't feel comfortable having company over, just because of the roach problem. Other than that, I feel completely safe there, I've never had any problems.... My power bill is not high, I can't hear everything through my walls like the person who posted their review said earlier (but it could just be my building). For the price it is ok. My apartment is clean, it is just old.. I do not have an water pressure in the bathroom though and was told it couldn't be fix. I can take a shower fine, but running water for a bath for my children could take all day.. (so I just run the shower). Heritage Apartments are ok, for transitioning, I wouldn't call it "home" forever. But over all they are ok. If it wasn't for the roaches, I'd stay longer... but I can't handle it.... it's gross!

Roaches, smoaches.... dont any of you know roaches are full of protein?! Eat up and live long!
