I am currently a resident in Highpoint Crossing Apartments #12E. I warn whomever is considering moving into the complex, not to accept this apartment unless you love tobacco smoke.

The man downstairs constantly smokes strong cigarettes and cigars which kept my apartment filled with tobacco smoke. My clothes, and everything in my apartment, including the clothes in my drawers all smell of tobacco smoke. The management supports his right to inflict his smoking habits upon the other residents. You can smell the smoke outside his apartment. I was actually denied the opportunity to move to another apartment in the complex or to renew my lease because I complained about his smoking, and refused to sign an agreement to accept his smoking habits.
