If you have indoor outdoor cats, stay away from here. They trap the strays and domestics and take them to the pound. They don't notify anyone when they do this. Very scary! The location is good, the area is quiet. There are a few loud cars though. You can always hear the people above you. Also the complex echos so if somone is on their balcony you will hear them talking. They were good about packages, other than they are kept in a isolated room with a unlocked door going outside nearby so your packages are not actually safe or secure. My neighbor had some mail stolen from back there. A restored picture of her great great gramma. Very sad. The office people are nice more or less. The blonde one is kinda bitchy. The 2 brown haired ones are ok.
They smoke in one of the rooms in the front office. Nasty. If you get on their good sides they are a lot nicer to you. The pool area gets VERY loud (there is only one) I do not advise getting a place by the pool unless you sleep like a rock. The hours are posted but the police have been there a few times because of the noise. There was a reported case of a girl getting sexually assaulted in the hot tub. The workout area is lame, there was no AC in the raquet ball court. i could go on.
