I moved here to attend MCG and needed an afforable place to stay. Many of the cheap apartments I looked at in this area had no ammenities and were in undesirable areas. The Huntington was in my price range, good location, and offered all the ammentities I wanted: pool, gym, and pets. I was impressed by the employees and their willingness to answer questions and show me around.

I currently rent a third floor apartment and have no noise problems from my neighbors. My hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded the apartment below me, but the maintenance got right on it and had the problem fixed in just a few hours (complete with a new water heater). Parking isn't the best because all buildings compete for the same ideal parking spots. There are tons of spaces in the back parking lots, but no one likes to walk. One of the best things about the Huntington is the answering service after hours. Twice, in the 16 months I've been here, people got a little too noisy in the parking lot and I called the answering service and they had the noise under control within minutes.

I would recommend this place to considerate people looking for a bargain.
