It's the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The kitchen and closet are giant and you have a separate laundry room. I even had my own walkway entrance.
The best part: They were so QUIET!!! I never once heard a peep from any of my neighbors, and the electricity bill was itty bitty. (Only 40-70 bucks a month).
Parking's safe. There is even a police officer that would drive around the property every hour or so.

The Christmas party is SO much fun(with great prizes)!

I loved that they picked up your trash for you, and would come over to fix any problem (including a clogged toilet).

Do get an upstairs apartment though. I think whenever the toilets get messed up the apartment downstairs would flood- eww!

But really, best apartment I've ever lived at. I miss it so much! It's also really close to the highway, so it's easy to get anywhere in town. And, it's only a block away from shopping. But, it's still down a secluded road. I don't know how they did their location so perfectly, but they did! It's also exactly halfway between Fort Gordon and Augusta State University, it's about a 7-15 minute drive to each.
