The safety lights in the parking lot are never on, I inquired about them and I was told by the property manager that they no longer maintained them because of the expense.

The car breakins are worse here than any other apartment complex in the area. Myself and neighbors had our cars vandalized/broken into 1-3 times each. The police told us that if the apartment actually kept the lights lit like they were supposed to it may be avoided.

There is always broken glass around and in the pool and hot tub. If you can actually use the hot tub because it is always broken because they refuse to clean it.

They "lose" your rent payment in order to make you pay late fees which they pocket themselves along with the security deposit which you will never see again.

If you DO move here, when you move in video tape and take pictures of the entire apartment, Even if you document problems with the apartment they will "lose" your sheet in order to make you pay extra and lose your security deposit which they just put into their personal pockets.

One of the maitenence guys is one step away from being a sexual preditor, which by the way several registered sex offenders live here and the complex will not tell you. I happened to find out by looking on the State website. They will not fix anything in your apartment unless you practically beg for it. If your garbage disposal breaks because they are 5 years old, they will blame it on you and you will have to pay from your own pocket as an example.

The manager Marsha smokes in her office and the smell filters through the entire office which last time I checked wasnt allowed there.

The noise level here is unbearable, it is all military privates, and college students. You can smell the drugs coming out of the windows of the 800 and 900 building blocks and the management does nothing about it. And there are even cops that live there and they dont seem to care either.

2 Women were attacked in this complex and nothing could be done because they didnt have their security cameras turned on. When they do have them turned on, you will see them in the office from time to time just watching them like some sick home movie and every now and then "make me a copy of that part I need to show that to my friend" Can we say illegal'

There are nicer apartments in the crack dealing neighborhoods of augusta than this place.

Pets are allowed if you pay a one time fee of over $300 or 25$ a month for the rest of the time you are there (which obviously is more than $300) Dogs over 25lbs are not allowed neither are bredssuch as pits, bulldogs, chow chows, and the like. (The managers daughter owns a 100lb boxer/pit breed and lives there. But just her family gets that kind of preferential treatment)

Steer Clear unless you are looking for a loud, unsafe dive of a place to live.
